But some of the Common Ground points deserve a good, hard look. No matter who is in the majority – Republicans outnumber Democrats 51-19 in the House of Representatives and 25-10 in the Senate – the Legislature should constantly be seeking ways to better the lives of South Dakotans. If it means developing a road map for the future, so be it.
