Where have I heard this before?

Governor Rounds recently in the AP:
"We sometimes get so concerned with the issues that divide us, we forget all the things that unite us," he said. "We should always respect other individuals. We should recognize that other people have differing points of view, but at the same time we have a lot more in common than we'll ever disagree on."

Sounds like someone has been reading the Democratic Common Ground plan that states:

Democrats pledge to introduce legislation that focuses on the issues that unite South Dakotans, not divide us. Legislative sessions focused on divisive social issues do not solve the state’s education, economic development, and health care challenges.
